1. Matcha Latte



Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1-2 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)


Instructions:

  • Sift the Matcha powder into a small basin to eliminate any lumps.
  • Add 1 tbsp boiling water to the bowl containing the Matcha powder and stir with a bamboo whisk or a tiny whisk/fork until smooth.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk. Heat until it begins to steam but does not boil.
  • To foam the milk, pour the warm almond milk into a blender or use a frother.
  • Combine the Matcha and honey in a cup (if using).
  • Pour the frothed almond milk into the mug and give it a little swirl.
  • Have fun with your Matcha Latte!

 2.Apple Cider Vinegar Drink




Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 8-10 oz. water
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


Instructions:

  • Fill a glass halfway with apple cider vinegar and water.
  • If using, stir in the honey or maple syrup.
  • If using, add the ground cinnamon and whisk one more.
  • Consume the combination all at once or progressively over the day.

 3. Ginger Tea



Ingredients:

  • 2-3 inches of fresh ginger root
  • 4 cups of water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:
  • Peel and slice the ginger root thinly.
  • Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the sliced ginger
  • Lower the heat to low and soak the ginger in the water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take the saucepan from the heat and filter the tea to remove the ginger bits.
  • If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or lemon juice.
  • Enjoy the ginger tea while it's hot!

4. Cucumber and Mint Drink:



Ingredients:


1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
4 cups water
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine the cucumber and fresh mint leaves.
  • Blend in 4 cups of water until smooth.
  • Pour the cucumber and mint combination through a fine-mesh strainer over a large basin, pushing on the particles to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Remove the sediments and strain the cucumber and mint liquid into a pitcher.
  • Refrigerate the beverage for at least 30 minutes.
  • Pour the cucumber and mint drink into glasses and top with ice cubes, if desired.

Dark Chocolate Coffee



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup/250 ml of water
  • ½ tsp flaxseeds (ground)
  • ¾ tsp dark chocolate (grated)
  • 1 tsp black coffee

Preparation

  • In a cup, combine black coffee and boiling water.

  • Before adding the flaxseeds, thoroughly combine everything.

  • Before coating with dark chocolate, combine the ingredients and stir them together.
